About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) therapist for its Wichita, Kansas location. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare in a group practice setting, serving patients through in-person care and potentially digital health services. LifeStance pays for clinical supervision from the time of hire while the therapist works toward clinical licensure (LSCSW). The position offers a hybrid model, administrative support, and modern offices with digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual bonus opportunity.
Requirements
- Have or be willing to obtain a Kansas license.
- Have a master's degree.
- Be independently licensed in Kansas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or hold an LMSW, as listed in the posting.
- Have experience working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare in a group practice setting.
- Deliver patient care to children, adolescents, and/or patients across the lifespan.
- Work toward clinical licensure (LSCSW) with clinical supervision paid for by LifeStance.
