About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide high-quality teletherapy and psychosocial support to clients based in Texas. This fully remote 1099 independent-contractor role offers flexibility to build your own schedule and manage your caseload autonomously. The social worker will collaborate with an LCSW clinical supervisor as required by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (TSBSWE).
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted LMSW license in the state of Texas.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace for HIPAA-compliant sessions, and your own computer/equipment.
- Must have or be willing to secure an active LCSW supervisor if accruing clinical hours.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Work collaboratively with an LCSW clinical supervisor as required by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (TSBSWE).
