About The Position

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida licensed Master’s-level clinician (LMHC or Psychologist) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Winter Garden, Florida area. This position offers flexibility for part-time or full-time hours, allowing for meaningful clinical work with independence and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. For over 30 years, Cotler Psychology Services has provided behavioral health care to older adults, partnering with over 100 long-term care communities statewide. The mission is to improve the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors through ethical, personalized, and evidence-based care. Working with seniors in long-term care settings offers a unique opportunity to make a difference by helping residents with challenges related to aging, chronic illness, grief, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and life transitions. The role focuses on helping residents build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, strengthen interpersonal connections, and maintain their quality of life. Clinicians are supported in focusing on patient care within a collaborative and organized practice structure that values professionalism, compassion, flexibility, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Active Florida license (LMHC or Psychologist)
