Estheticians guide clients through a 'skincare ritual' rather than just a facial, emphasizing client education, routine visits, and homecare recommendations.

Requirements

Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Esthetics liability insurance

Responsibilities

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
