Hand & Stone Chesterfield is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and valued guests. The Esthetics program is built on a foundation of high quality, results-driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post-treatment homecare recommendations, Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual." Hand and Stone offers opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers, with flexible schedules for full-time and part-time positions. Requirements

  • Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

  • Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
  • Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
  • Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
  • Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
  • Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
  • Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
  • Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
