Requirements
- Active TX Massage Therapy License
- 20 BOOKABLE hours per week, 2 weekend days per month (for $1000 guaranteed pay first month)
- 30 BOOKABLE hours per week, 2 weekend days per month (for $1500 guaranteed pay first month)
- Must meet eligibility requirements for supplemental pay
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
Responsibilities
- Active TX Massage Therapy License is needed for this role
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
- Treat clients in a professional caring manner
- Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
- Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
- Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
- Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations
- Carry liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff
- Comply with local and state massage therapist licensing laws and regulations
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Professional manner, discretion and appearance
