About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. At Hand and Stone, we focus on creating an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. We handle marketing, bookings, supplies, and day-to-day operations so you can focus on delivering great massages. Our membership model brings repeat clients and consistent opportunities to build your schedule over time. We offer flexible schedules for both full-time and part-time positions. This role offers a competitive salary starting at $22 per service, with higher rates based on experience, plus tips and enhancements. We provide 12 free CEUs, childcare discounts, AMTA and ABMP insurance discounts, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Active Florida Massage Therapist license
- Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
- Passion for providing high-quality, personalized care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy services.
- Focus on providing massage without sales expectations or laundry duties.
- Build a consistent client schedule through a membership-based model.
