About The Position

At Myo, clinicians get the time, structure, and support to do meaningful work. We offer structured onboarding and mentorship, on-shift coaching, ongoing education, clinical workshops, and peer learning opportunities. Clinicians receive ongoing support from their Clinic Director and Lead Clinician as they build a sustainable caseload within our premium 1:1 care model. There are clear growth pathways into leadership, our Senior Clinician Program, and future clinic expansion opportunities as a Founding Team Member. You will get support from an in-house Marketing Team for community, brand, and partnership opportunities. There is an opportunity to represent Myo at major events and activations, including the LA Marathon, NYC Marathon, Erewhon, Lululemon SeaWheeze, and more. Select activations may include expense-covered travel. You will treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model. You will work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care. You will practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
Active California Massage Therapy certification (CAMTC) or eligibility to obtain certification in California.
Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and meaningful client relationships.
Work closely with clinicians, Front Desk teammates, and clinic leaders to create a seamless client experience and strong clinic culture.
Own your caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and clinic growth.
Take initiative in supporting community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.
Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a growth mindset to mentorship, feedback, and continued development.
