About The Position

The Wilmington Mayfaire Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking licensed massage therapists to join their team in a healthy and healing environment. All necessary supplies, including basic lotions, oils, CBD oil, aromatherapy, contrast stones, and spa room amenities, are provided. Employees receive discounts on services and products, with a free monthly massage or facial for full-timers. Requirements

An active NC Massage Therapist License
Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
Expert skill in Swedish Massage.
Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun and use of CBD
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology and Deep Tissue)

Responsibilities

Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
Generate return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.
