About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company. Our property, Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, is a luxury resort located in Vero Beach, Florida, offering a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The Licensed Massage Therapist will perform massage and body treatments to guests of the resort and local guests.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Esthetics school
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the salon/spa resort industry
- Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Florida
- Detailed, self starting
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle guest issues in an effective manner
- Ability to work varying shifts such as mornings, evening and weekends
- Must be a team player
- Must communicate with co-workers and guests in a positive manner
- Must greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot all Massage equipment
- Perform all Massages and Body Treatments per Spa protocol
- Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the Spa
- Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized
- Keep Spa locker area clean and stocked
- Keep Tranquility room clean and presentable
- Keep supply room clean and organized
- Stock towels at fitness center when needed
- Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center
