About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a part-time/on-call Licensed Massage Therapist for Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, a luxury resort in Vero Beach, Florida. This role involves performing massage and body treatments for resort guests and local clients. The resort offers spacious and luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, many with stunning ocean or pool views, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience on Florida's Treasure Coast.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Esthetics school
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the salon/spa resort industry
- Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Florida
- Detailed, self starting
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle guest issues in an effective manner
- Ability to work varying shifts such as mornings, evenings and weekends
- Must be a team player
- Must communicate with co-workers and guests in a positive manner
- Must greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot all Massage equipment
- Perform all Massages and Body Treatments per Spa protocol
- Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the Spa
- Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized
- Keep Spa locker area clean and stocked
- Keep Tranquility room clean and presentable
- Keep supply room clean and organized
- Stock towels at fitness center when needed
- Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center
