About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for maintaining an active massage license, carrying liability insurance, and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. You will create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience, follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients, and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Participation in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars is also expected. FGG Spa, LLC, a franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, is a growth-focused company operating over 60 locations. Our culture prioritizes putting people first, and we are committed to the safety and comfort of our Massage Therapists and clients.

Requirements

• Active massage license
• Liability insurance
• Ability to educate and empower clients
• Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hand & Stone's "Key Ingredients" standard
• Experience with AMTA conference attendance
