Requirements

Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing.
Availability for a fixed 4-day schedule, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
Physical capacity to perform five 80-minute treatments per day, four days a week.
Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level.
Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, and hot stone, within the therapist's training and licensure.
Adhere strictly to established treatment protocols, including the use of specific products, music, and room settings, without personal variations.
Consult with guests before each service to discuss pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
Maintain a calm and consistent presence, offering warmth and reliability in every session.
Ensure the treatment space is immaculate and fully prepared, with support from the Spa Attendant.
Provide wellness recommendations only when they directly benefit the guest, as the Spa Concierge handles retail.
Comply with all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards.
