About The Position
Join Our Team of Licensed Massage Therapists at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Fayette/Robinson! Qualified management with over 18 years in the massage industry! Are you passionate about helping people feel their best through the power of massage therapy? Whether you're a seasoned therapist or a new graduate, we have exciting opportunities for full-time and part-time Licensed Massage Therapists at our well-established spa. Established Client Base: With over four years of thriving business, our spa offers immediate bookings with the opportunity to fill your schedule and start making money right away! Flexible Schedules: Enjoy the flexibility of setting your schedule and hours Competitive Pay: Full-time therapists can earn between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, including enhancements and gratuities. On average, our therapists make $21 - $26 per service with an additional $20+ in gratuities per service. Free Services: Enjoy one free massage or facial per month as a full-time employee. No Overhead: All supplies are provided. Focus on what you do best – we provide everything else! Positive Work Environment: Join a team that values community and a safe work environment. Health Insurance Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. Paid Time Off (PTO): Start accumulating PTO from day one! Continuing Education & Career Development: We offer free CEU credits (12 just for completing our new-hire training!) and a yearly allowance of $200 for additional CEUs. Full-timers also receive $100 towards liability insurance and $50 for certifications like CPR.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice massage therapy in Pennsylvania.
- Massage Liability insurance is required.
- Swedish massage is essential; knowledge of additional modalities like Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, and Deep Tissue is a plus.
- A genuine belief in the healing power of massage and bodywork.
