About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mamaroneck is growing and actively hiring Massage Therapists to join our team. Our membership-based model creates a steady flow of guests and repeat clientele, allowing Massage Therapists to build strong client relationships and maximize earning potential without the stress of finding their own clients. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced Massage Therapist, you'll find a supportive environment where your success is a priority. Our Massage Therapists earn an average of $275–$350 per day with performance-based commissions, bonuses, and incentives. An established membership base provides recurring guests, and full-time Massage Therapists receive priority booking. We offer flexible schedules with full-time and part-time opportunities available, designed to support work-life balance. New hires receive 12 complimentary CE credits with ongoing education opportunities throughout your career. Tuition reimbursement is available for recent massage therapy graduates. Requirements
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform consecutive 50-minute and 80-minute massage sessions
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage required
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, or other modalities is a plus
- Passion for helping people through the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy
