About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist for its Kingwood office. The role is part of the clinical team and focuses on providing high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare with a commitment to clinical excellence. Therapists work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. This is a hybrid role, combining in-person care at the clinic with a digital health telemedicine offering. The position offers a collegial work environment, modern offices, full administrative support, and an emphasis on work-life balance. Compensation is listed at $75,000–$100,000+ and is based on productivity, with a sign-on bonus and an annual cash bonus incentive plan.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed as an LMFT in the State of Texas.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
