About The Position
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) works with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping clients address concerns affecting relationships, family life, and emotional well-being. The therapist provides ongoing clinical support and may discuss cases with the clinical team or offer input when another perspective is helpful. This is a full-time, remote telehealth position based in California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and the stated salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active California LMFT license.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments.
- Work with individuals and families on relationship and behavioral health concerns.
- Explore patterns, stressors, and circumstances affecting clients’ situations.
- Use clinical judgment to guide the direction of each case.
- Maintain clear and current session documentation.
- Bring complex cases to team consultation when appropriate.
- Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow California LMFT professional requirements.
