About The Position
We’re looking for an LMFT to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Illinois. This position centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address real-life concerns such as communication breakdowns, family stress, anxiety, relationship strain, and adjustment issues. The work is practical, client-focused, and fully virtual, making it a strong fit for therapists who want consistency and a professional telehealth environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health discipline
- Current Illinois LMFT license
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans
- Work with couples and families on communication patterns, conflict, and relational challenges
- Provide therapy for clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties
- Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant
