About The Position
We are seeking an LMFT for a remote telehealth role providing therapy services to Rhode Island clients. The focus of this position is consistent clinical care, structured documentation, and treatment planning that supports measurable progress. This is a full-time weekday role designed for clinicians who value professionalism, clarity, and stable scheduling.
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure
- Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred)
- Strong time management and documentation accuracy
- Professional communication and telehealth readiness
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need
- Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR
- Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
- Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes
- Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking
- Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required
- Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards
