As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Each day involves focused clinical sessions, documentation, and collaboration—without the pressure of in-person scheduling or commute time.
Requirements
- Active Missouri LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and private workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain compliance with state and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations as needed
