Requirements

Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses, or the ability to obtain required licensing
Mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship-management experience preferred
Strong consultative sales and communication skills
Ability to understand a borrower’s needs and clearly explain complex financial information
Comfortable adopting AI, automation, digital platforms, and new technology
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
Collaborative mindset with a client-first approach
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited to grow within a forward-thinking organization

Responsibilities

Deliver a consultative, personalized mortgage experience based on each borrower’s financial goals and circumstances
Educate clients on available financing options and recommend appropriate loan solutions
Leverage our proprietary AI-enabled loan origination system, automation, and data-driven tools to manage opportunities and accelerate the lending process
Engage and convert company-provided opportunities while developing relationships with personal, professional, and referral networks
Manage an active pipeline from initial consultation through closing
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with borrowers, real estate partners, and internal team members
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with operations, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the loan process
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable federal and state lending regulations
Stay informed about market conditions, lending guidelines, product updates, and emerging technology
