Our experienced in-house call center schedules 3-6 qualified appointments every business day, allowing you to spend your time meeting with clients instead of cold calling. Our agents consistently achieve 55% to 90% closing ratios because they're meeting with qualified individuals who are ready to have meaningful conversations. This is an independent (1099) opportunity for experienced insurance professionals who are self-motivated, coachable, and ready to build a rewarding career with the support of a relationship-focused agency.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Coachable and committed to following proven sales strategies.
• Willing to travel within your local territory (approximately 30,000-50,000 miles annually; no overnight travel required).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Medicare, health, life, or supplemental insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their healthcare and financial protection goals.
• Educate individuals and families on Medicare and supplemental insurance solutions.
• Recommend coverage tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through personalized service and guidance.
• Grow and maintain your client base through referrals and additional lead opportunities.
• Help clients prepare for unexpected health events with meaningful protection solutions.
