About The Position

This is a part-time to full-time opportunity with base pay + commission, perfect for a motivated professional ready to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Licensed real estate salesperson in New York State (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus.
  • 1–3 years of leasing, property management, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and lease residential/commercial units.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Maintain and update online listings and marketing materials.
  • Support administrative operations: filing, data entry, rent posting, and correspondence.
  • Assist residents with move-in/out, inspections, and inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
