About The Position
This position involves assisting with various electrical installation and termination tasks, primarily in the context of solar construction projects. The role requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and may involve exposure to construction-related hazards. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and follow instructions accurately.
Requirements
- Must possess a Journeyman Electrician license for Kentucky.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and maneuver materials.
- Able to conduct repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and cold (as safety permits).
- May be exposed to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to follow precise instructions and receive feedback.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on solar construction projects is preferred.
- GED or equivalent education is preferred.

- Assist with MV Trench and Cable Install
- Assist with CAB Transition Conduit and MV Conduit Install
- Assist with Fiber Install
- Assist with Inverter DC Termination
- Assist with Transformer/Sectionalizer MV Termination
- Assist with DC Splice and MV Splice
- Assist with MV Riser Termination
- Assist with SCADA Equipment Install
- Assist with CAB Install
- Assist with Combiner Box Install and Termination
- Assist with DC Wire Install
- Assist with Module Installation
- Assist with Wire Management and Labeling
- Assist with Fiber Termination
- Perform LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
- Perform IR Scanning
- Assist with Survey/As-Built documentation
