About The Position
Currently hiring Licensed Journeyman Electrician for long-term work in Fargo, ND. As a Licensed Journeyman Electrician you will be responsible for installing, connecting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a data center environment. You must hold an active Journeyman Electrician License in North Dakota or a qualifying reciprocating state, or be willing to complete the North Dakota licensing reciprocity process after starting. Licensing fees will be reimbursed by the company.
Requirements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License in North Dakota or a qualifying reciprocating state (Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming), or be willing to complete the North Dakota licensing reciprocity process prior to starting work.
- Ability to work up to 70 hours per week.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial and/or data center electrical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a data center environment.
- Install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit.
- Install cable tray, pull and terminate feeders, power, and control wiring.
- Install and connect switchgear, panels, transformers, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Perform all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and site safety requirements.
