About The Position

Because our team is expanding, we’re looking for a skilled Licensed Journeyman Electrician who shares our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Current electrical license with a deep understanding of local codes and their field application.
• Proven experience with wiring diagrams, circuit breakers, junction boxes, and tracing lines.
• Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain solutions to customers.
• High integrity and a drive to improve your craft every single day.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Build trust by educating homeowners and businesses on their electrical needs during service calls.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults and equipment in residential and commercial environments.
• Uphold strict service protocols and local codes while meeting specific customer requirements.
• Maintain a pristine job site and a fully stocked, organized service truck.
• Ensure all invoicing, timekeeping, and feedback sheets are accurate and submitted on time.
• Engage in morning meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and team retreats.
