An established Allstate agency in Cerritos, California, is hiring a sales professional to help grow its business and serve clients. The agency has been in business for over 37 years and is recognized among the top 3% of Allstate agencies nationwide. The position offers base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities, along with training, coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth. The role is in person. Employment is with an Allstate Exclusive Agent, not directly with Allstate Insurance Co.
