About The Position

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi Licensed Inspector to join its team in the Austin, Texas area. The position is responsible for inspecting, testing, and performing preventative maintenance on fire protection systems, including sprinklers and alarms. The technician works in commercial buildings, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, and maintains customer relationships while helping ensure systems meet applicable industry standards and regulations. Ongoing training is provided to help the technician stay current with industry standards and licensing requirements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience inspecting or servicing fire protection systems.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Required Texas RME-I License.
Required Texas Backflow License.

Nice To Haves

Texas FAL License.
Texas FEL-A License.

Responsibilities
