About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. This role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The position is available for candidates based in the states of Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role. Liberty Mutual is a Fortune 100 company that provides paid-training, licensing in all 50 states, and a dynamic role that directs only warm leads your way (no cold calls).

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST).
  • Must be able to maintain department Work at Home (W@H) requirements, which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed).
  • Reside within Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, or Kansas.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license).
