About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. This is a remote position available for candidates based in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role. As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Must reside in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, or Kansas
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
  • Must have a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
  • Must have wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
