About The Position

We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on uncapped earning potential, with a comp range of $90,000-$115,000. This is a W2 employed position with a sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive program. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with a 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. The role is located in a beautiful new office in Edmonds, with other locations throughout the area. We offer a hybrid model with in-person & remote flexibility and a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance. Therapists are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) and experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, providing individual and/or couples therapy.

Requirements

• Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Experienced with Individual and or couples therapy
