About The Position

We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, a compensation range of $90,000-$115,000 based on productivity. This is a W2 employed position with a sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive plan. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with a 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. We have beautiful new offices in Kirkland and throughout the area, designed to make commuting easier. The schedule is Monday - Friday with optional weekends, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance. This is a hybrid model with in-person & remote flexibility.

Requirements

Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW).
Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations.
Experience with Individual and or couples therapy.

Nice To Haves

Ability to provide supervision to associates.

Provide supervision to associates (if applicable) at $70 an hour for 2 hours a week per associate.
