About The Position
This is a reduced non-billable orientation (NBO) job for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a requirement for full licensure. The position is in the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room at Providence Sacred Heart, a Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 629 staffed beds and is a teaching hospital. The role involves working every other weekend, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 0700-1930. If overstaffed, the clinician may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital to perform the same duties. The charting system is Epic, and parking is free.
Requirements
- Must have full licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). An associate license will not suffice.
- Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social worker.
- Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics.
- Hospital experience preferred.
