About The Position

This is a 100% outpatient work opportunity with a hybrid model. The role offers flexible work schedules, with full-time and part-time (20 hours/week+) options, allowing therapists to set their own schedules. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends required. The position offers unlimited compensation and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with a match, paid parental leave, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota as an LICSW.
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient mental healthcare services.
- Work with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Utilize evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services.
- Offer services both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine.
