About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients in West Virginia. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their concerns, create treatment goals, and provide ongoing support through structured therapy sessions. This role is designed for a licensed professional who values clear expectations, reliable hours, and the ability to focus on client care from a remote setting.

Requirements

• Active LICSW license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Assess client symptoms, history, needs, and treatment goals
• Create individualized care plans and update them as treatment progresses
• Provide clinical support for emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately
