About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to clients in West Virginia. You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete assessments, create treatment plans, document care, and support clients as they work toward realistic goals. This opportunity offers full-time remote work, steady weekday hours, and a clear clinical focus.
Requirements
- Active LICSW license in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual therapy appointments
- Evaluate client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals
- Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
- Create and revise treatment plans as care progresses
- Complete progress notes and required documentation on time
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
