About The Position

We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. This is a W2 employed position with a sign-on bonus and cash-based incentive plan. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. We have beautiful new offices in Kirkland and throughout the area, designed to be thoughtfully laid out. We offer part-time and full-time options with a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules, operating on a Monday - Friday schedule with optional weekends. This is a Hybrid Model with in-person & remote flexibility.

Requirements

Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW).
Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations.
Experience with Individual and or couples therapy.

Nice To Haves

Able to provide supervision to associates in-person $70 an hour 2 hours a week per associate
