Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This W2 employed position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $90,000-$115,000, along with a sign-on bonus and a cash-based incentive program. A comprehensive benefits package, 401K with 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance are provided. The role offers both part-time and full-time options with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, including optional weekends, to accommodate work/life balance. The work environment is a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, utilizing beautifully designed offices located throughout the area, including a new office in Edmonds. Therapists are considered a critical part of the clinician team.
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced in Individual and or couples therapy
