Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
We are seeking Licensed Therapists to join our clinician team. Therapists are a critical part of our team and will be responsible for providing individual and/or couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, a W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our beautiful new office in Sammamish is thoughtfully laid out and offers a hybrid model with in-person & remote flexibility. We also have locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. The schedule is Monday - Friday with optional weekends and a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and or couples therapy
