About The Position
AA Home Inspection is seeking a Licensed Home Inspector to perform residential and light commercial inspections. The role involves electronic reporting and providing ancillary/additional services. The inspector will be part of a team serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, specifically the Dayton & Greater Miami Valley, Ohio, Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Georgetown, Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana areas.
Requirements
- Home Inspector License (OH, KY, and/or IN)
- Clear, professional communication and accurate reporting
- Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and in crawlspaces
- Team-oriented, reliable, and collaborative team player
Responsibilities
