Requirements

- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components.

- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam.
- Required to authorize background and driving checks.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Home inspection license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Construction, electrical, HVAC, roofing, insurance, or related experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile apps.
- Ability to climb roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and ladders.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home inspections using the latest innovation and technology.
- Create customized home inspection reports and deliver them on site.
- Participate in local marketing events or programs.
- Conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers.
- Work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, and enter attics.
- Stand for long periods of time.
