Join the Connexion Point Team! Connexion Point is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents who are driven, compassionate, and who are looking for a position that offers a work-life balance! This position assists new and existing beneficiaries with their Medicare needs with a focus on DSNP (Dual Special Needs Plan). As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our client’s lives.
Requirements
- Active Health, or Life & Health, Insurance Licensed
- Work from home equipment setup
- 1 year of Medicare experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicare/Medicaid plans
- Computer proficiency – Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment
Responsibilities
- Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
- Convert sales calls at a minimum of 80%
- Provide customer care
