About The Position
Informed Choice Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Financial Professional for a full-time, salaried position with sales incentives. The role involves marketing and selling a variety of insurance products, including Medicare Plans, ACA – Individual Health, Short-Term Medical, Travel Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Long Term Care, Final Expense, Life Insurance, Ancillary – Hospital/Cancer plans, and Fixed Annuities. The company provides inbound and outbound leads, and while cold calling is not required, it is encouraged. The agency is licensed in 3 states and works with numerous carriers. Sales Associates are supported by Client Service Representatives. The first-year salary is guaranteed with an uncapped incentive, and many agents earn over $150,000 per year.
Requirements
- State license, health and life insurance; required
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
Nice To Haves
- BA in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus!

- Manage and sell to clients with support from Client Service Representatives
- Utilize inbound and outbound leads
- Engage in cold calling to increase sales (encouraged)
