We are seeking talented Licensed Financial Services Representatives to join our team in the Consumer Markets Division in our Omaha, NE office. At Pacific Life, Licensed Financial Services Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they’re often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most. Financial Services Representatives are central to our Consumer Markets Division. Every call is a chance to represent Pacific Life and help customers move forward with confidence. This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. This role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 licenses. Many employees begin their careers in this role and grow into advanced service, operations, or leadership positions across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial services or insurance

Responsibilities

  • Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
  • Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
  • Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
