About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians for its Arvada location. The spa provides high-quality, results-driven facial treatments in a supportive, inclusive team environment. Its skincare services include Dermaplaning, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians can develop treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals and build repeat business through the spa’s membership model. The spa books appointments and provides supplies, allowing Estheticians to focus on clients. Ongoing education is available through Education on Demand, hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Esthetician.
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
- Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management.
- Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.
