About The Position
Massage Heights 1604 & Bulverde RD, in partnership with Skin Authority, is seeking a polished, articulate, and results-oriented Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, retail sales, and personalized treatment planning. The role delivers bespoke facial treatments using Skin Authority products and protocols, with advanced add-ons such as diamond-tip microdermabrasion, glycolic peels, NuFace microcurrent, and DermaFlash. The Esthetician also engages guests, recommends products and treatments, and encourages rebooking to build lasting relationships and support exceptional skincare outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician.

Responsibilities
- Deliver customized skincare treatments tailored to guests’ wellness goals using Skin Authority products and protocols.
- Design and implement comprehensive treatment and home-care regimens to support lasting skin health and radiance.
- Educate guests about Skin Authority products and recommend products to drive retail sales.
- Master and promote advanced treatment add-ons.
- Engage guests in the lobby and during consultations, using polished communication to foster loyalty and rebooking.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace.
