Requirements
- Active Nebraska Esthetician License, or close to Nebraska reciprocity.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning is preferred.
- Experience with microneedling and chemical peels is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses.
- Recommend treatment plans and appropriate home-care products.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with fellow estheticians and front desk staff to create an exceptional client experience.
