About The Position

Hand & Stone is hiring a Licensed Esthetician to provide skincare services and build lasting relationships with clients. The spa offers innovative, results-driven services and customized treatment plans. Estheticians educate clients about skincare, recommend homecare regimens, and help clients build consistent skincare routines. The position includes hands-on training, workshops, and webinars. The employer is an independently owned and operated Hand & Stone franchisee; the franchisee is responsible for employment decisions and conditions.

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
• Esthetics liability insurance.
• Compliance with state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide guests and members with a high-quality experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on clients’ individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
