About The Position

Hand & Stone Allentown Hamilton Crossing is hiring Licensed Estheticians to provide skincare services to members and guests. The spa offers customized, results-driven treatments and long-term skincare plans, with an emphasis on client education, repeat visits, homecare recommendations, and building client relationships. Estheticians are expected to provide a high-quality guest experience and participate in ongoing training. The role is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions and conditions.

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
• Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adherence to applicable state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where the employee is working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Follow applicable state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Perform high-quality services and provide a world-class experience to guests and members.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on clients’ individual skincare goals.
• Create a positive client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
