About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Estheticians for their Sunrise-Sawgrass, Weston, and Hollywood locations. This role is ideal for skincare professionals passionate about client results, personalized treatment plans, retail recommendations, and building a loyal client base. Success in this role involves not only performing excellent facials but also excelling in consultations, upselling services, making home-care recommendations, prebooking appointments, driving retail sales, encouraging repeat visits, and fostering lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Esthetician license
• Minimum of two years of hands-on facial experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Confident recommending treatments, upgrades, enhancements, and skincare products
• Comfortable working toward service, retail, prebooking, and client-retention goals
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow a loyal clientele
• Applicants must be available for evenings, weekends, peak spa hours, and some holidays as needed
• Schedules are based on guest demand and business needs
• Reliable attendance and agreed availability are required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with customized facials, DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, chemical exfoliation, advanced facial enhancements, and professional skincare retail sales is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform professional, results-driven facial treatments
• Conduct detailed skin consultations
• Recommend services, enhancements, treatment plans, and home-care routines
• Recommend professional skincare products based on client needs
• Educate clients about long-term skincare goals
• Encourage clients to prebook their next appointment
• Build repeat business through excellent service, follow-up, and referrals
• Maintain accurate client notes and service records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional
• Work closely with the front desk and spa team
